By trusting wholly in God through faith in Jesus Christ, believers are .   Question: Based upon Gal ("I live by the faith of the Son of God"), some teach that Christ had to have faith in God like any of us—that He did miracles by faith in God, was the perfect example of the operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit—and thus we can do the same—and that it is by the "faith of the Son of God" that we live the Christian life.

Marshall Woodard III Living By Faith Romans Text "The just shall live by faith" True faith comes by hearing the Word of God, and without it, it’s impossible to please God.

Live your faith. It’s a phrase that we hear often in church or from mentors and peers, but it can be difficult to articulate what that really means. For such a simple phrase, we often feel paralyzed with how to act on the words and live our faith in our everyday lives. It was Jesus’ faith. If there is only one measure of faith (Rom. ), then we also have the faith of Jesus. We have the same quantity and quality of faith that Jesus has; therefore, we can do the same works that Jesus did, if we receive this truth and begin to use what we have (John ).
